Position Overview:

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks (ESO) is seeking a Kitchen Manager to provide operational leadership for the Food Service Department, ensuring the successful execution of daily kitchen and dining operations. Working alongside the Food Service Director and Executive Chef, this position oversees front-of-house operations, inventory management, purchasing, scheduling, compliance, sanitation, and the systems that support an efficient and guest-focused dining experience. The Kitchen Manager serves as the operational backbone of the department by coordinating daily workflows, managing team cadence, maintaining organizational standards, and ensuring every meal service operates smoothly from preparation through cleanup. Given the dynamic nature of the camp, the individual will also assist in other areas as needed.

This role requires creativity, strong leadership skills, and a heart for ministry, ensuring that all activities provide a safe, fun, and spiritually enriching experience for campers. 

Position Overview:

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks (ESO) is seeking a Sous Chef to serve as second-in-command of the kitchen, leading daily food production and supervising the cook team. This position executes menus and recipes to the standard set by the Executive Chef, manages prep and line production for camps, retreats, conferences, and banquets, and assumes leadership of the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence. The Sous Chef is a working chef who cooks alongside the team, trains cooks on technique and station standards, and holds the line on quality, consistency, and food safety. Given the dynamic nature of the camp, the individual will also assist in other areas as needed.

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks (ESO) is seeking a Master Electrician who is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading Eagle Sky Camp’s electrical infrastructure, including a wide range of single phase residential and  three phase commercial equipment. This role supports a complex campus with seasonal load fluctuations and mission-critical operations.

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks (ESO) is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and serve high-quality food for campers, retreat guests, conference attendees, and staff. This position handles daily prep, cooks assigned stations during meal service, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. Working under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, the Line Cook follows recipes and portion standards, keeps production on schedule, and helps the kitchen deliver consistent meals across a high-volume camp environment. Given the dynamic nature of the camp, the individual will also assist in other areas as needed.

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks (ESO) is seeking a Lead Carpenter who is highly skilled, versatile professional responsible for carpentry, general construction, and cross-functional maintenance across Eagle Sky Camp. This role serves as a cornerstone of the department, supporting everything from structural repairs and renovations to finish work and specialty projects. This position requires broad technical competence, leadership presence, and the ability to execute projects independently or lead small teams.

This position requires proficiency with various grounds maintenance tools and equipment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas as needed to support the camp’s overall operations.

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks (ESO) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on repair, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across camp buildings, lodging, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. This position handles daily work orders, responds to urgent issues during camps and retreats, and supports projects that keep the property safe, functional, and guest-ready. Working under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, the Technician performs skilled work across multiple trades and helps ensure every guest arrives to well-maintained facilities. Given the dynamic nature of the camp, the individual will also assist in other areas as needed.

Position Overview:

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks is seeking a skilled and passionate Audio Visual Lighting (AVL) Technician to join our year-round AVL team. This role will be responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining all audio, visual, lighting, and staging equipment for live services and events. The AVL Technician will play a critical role in creating a distraction-free, spiritually impactful experience for all guests by ensuring smooth, high-quality execution. Given the seasonal nature of the camping industry, flexibility is required, and the individual may be called upon to assist in other areas as needed.
