Arrival

  • Check-in: Check-in is Monday from 2-4 pm. Follow signs toward the check-in location. ESO staff will instruct you further. Please let someone from ESO know if you are running late by emailing info@eaglesky.camp and/or calling 573.287.3288.
  • Please have all luggage labeled with the camper’s first and last name. Every suitcase/duffle bag should be labeled. Consider putting camper bedding in a large trash bag with a sticker with their name and for easier transport and identification.
  • Medication: Have medication ready to give to Health Center Staff.  For all campers with prescription medications, it is requested and highly recommended that they be brought in “pill packs” that are pre-packaged by the pharmacy. PillPacks are individual packages of medications that are labeled and sorted by the pharmacy with name, day, time, date, and medication list for ease of use and accuracy. This is one of the highest standards of care available, and we strive to provide the best service possible to our guests. Most major pharmacies offer this service: check out pillpack.com or accupacrx.com for examples of daily dose medication services. If your pharmacy doesn’t offer PillPack, they may offer something similar (i.e., Blister Packs), which would be acceptable.
  • After check-in, your camper will be transported to their bunks, where their counselors will be happy to help them settle in.

Departure

  • Pick-up is on Saturday at 10:00 am. Teen campers can be picked up at the Rock, and kids campers can be picked up at West Camp Chapel.
  • If your child is being picked up by someone other than a parent, please note that in the authorized pick up section of Circuitree.
  • Please check the Lost and Found table as you head out.
  • Please pick up medication from the checkout table.

Packing

Please label all luggage with the camper’s first and last name. Every suitcase/duffle bag should be labeled. Consider putting camper bedding in a large trash bag with a sticker with their name for easier transport and identification. Please send comfortable clothes that are OK to get dirty. We have two packing lists, so be sure you pick the list corresponding to the correct camp.

BUNK1

  • Bunk1 is a mobile app and website where you can send & receive camper emails, see pictures of your camper, and other fun features, all using the same log-in you have already set up at registration! Eagle Sky receives an email at 3:00 AM with all the Bunk Notes from the day before. We distribute the Bunk Notes around lunchtime. Your camper can only send replies back to you if you select Bunk Reply Stationary in Bunk1. For more information, click the BUNK1 button on your account dashboard.
  • We do not suggest mailing letters through the USPS system as it can be slow to be delivered here and the camper is generally gone before the mail is received. Parents may send mail to an adult leader, which can be turned in to the camp office and will be delivered each day. Emails, phone messages, and mail will be delivered daily at lunch.

Medical Guidelines

  • Health Information: We require a new medical form for each year of camp.  Log in to the account you used for registration to submit a current medical form before arrival. Be sure to update information if your camper has any new issues or begins a new medication.
Most major pharmacies offer this service, check out pillpack.com or accupacrx.com for examples of daily dose medications services. If your pharmacy doesn’t offer PillPack, they may offer something similar (i.e., Blister Packs), which would be acceptable.
  • Lice Check: Please conduct a lice check on your camper before they arrive at camp. Parents should do a head lice check on their campers two weeks before camp and again on the day they are scheduled for camp.  Group leaders should do a head lice check of the group on the day of departure to make sure no one in the group is infested.  For more detailed information on how to detect and treat head lice, you can visit: http://www.webmd.com/children/ss/slideshow-lice-overview.
  • Sickness: Please do not bring children who have recently been sick. If they have had a fever greater than 99.6° without anti-fever meds, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other contagious disease in the last 48 hours, please keep them home.

If you have any direct medical concerns, please email Meagan Wilson – meaganw@eaglesky.camp

Contact Us

When emailing us at foodservice@eaglesky.camp, the primary things we need to know are:

  1. What is the allergy(s)?
  2. What is the severity?

Please contact us with any questions at foodservice@eaglesky.camp.

Disclaimer

Eagle Sky Food Service makes every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies.  Effort is made to instruct our food service staff on the severity of food allergies. Because of the number of meals served and the number of items used each day, along with food product changes from our food vendors, it cannot be guaranteed that every allergen in the food served will be identified and labeled.  The possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time without notice also exists. Customers concerned with food allergies must be aware of this risk. Eagle Sky Food Service cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed or items one may come in contact with while eating in our dining hall.

Camp Store and Snack Shop

All Campers will get $100 credit in the Camp Store upon arrival. All unused credit from Eagle Sky will be returned to Eagle Sky. Our Camp Store has souvenirs, t-shirts, mugs, etc. This is different from the Snack Shop. You may put money on their store card for the Snack Shop or if extra funds are needed in the Camp Store. The suggested amount is $25-$30. You may view your camper’s store activity and add more money while they are at camp by logging in to your account.

If you bring cash, it should be in separate envelopes with each child’s first and last name and the amount of money written on them. For kids’ camp, turn in your campers’ spending money at check-in. Teen Campers may keep their money with them.

Unused money will be refunded in the same way it was received (e.g., by Credit Card, E-Check, or cash), or you may choose to donate the remaining funds to our scholarship program. All balances below $3 will be automatically donated.

Lost and Found

If you have lost items, please fill out the form below or call the office at 573.287.3288 with a complete description of the missing items. We will do our best to locate and return items to you. Any items found at camp will be laundered and held for 6 months.
