Its been a challenging season of ministry. So much uncertainty, so many changes, so much frustration, so much doing. The goal of this retreat is not to provide you with tips and tricks for youth ministry. But instead to focus on your well BEing. The “Just Be” retreat is a time for you to be still, be present, and be communal with fellow youth workers.
Hosted as a partnership with the Heartland Region of the National Network of Youth Ministers and Eagle Sky Camp. Come and get away for a few days to relax and recharge. Dusty Bratzler and Boss Hogge from the Free Refills Podcast will introduce the topics for exploration. We will dig deeper into the topics around tables with other youth leaders. We will use a questionnaire to create groups of youth pastors who are pretty similar in terms of church size, denomination, etc. The schedule is created to allow for personal reflection, rest, and a bit of silliness to blow off some steam.
