Overview
Serving as Junior Staff at Eagle Sky is more than a summer job—it’s a discipleship experience woven into practical leadership training. Participants will grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally as they learn to steward responsibility, submit to authority, and work with integrity in a team-based environment.

Qualifications
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to grow deeper in faith.
- A willingness to serve others with humility, flexibility, and a joyful heart.
- Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills.
- Able to follow instructions and respect authority from leadership and full-time staff.
- Excited to be part of a team environment and contribute wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist full-time staff and support teams with daily camp operations.
- Engage in discipleship training sessions designed for Junior Staff growth.
- Fully participate in camp life, including chapel, activities, and service opportunities.
- Support Eagle Sky’s mission by modeling Christlike character to campers and peers.
- Be flexible and available to help in a variety of areas (Lifeguard, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance)
Department Options
- Serve alongside our housekeeping staff. Help ensure guests experience a clean, distraction-free environment.
- Serve in the Food Service department. Keep everyone, staff and campers, fed and fueled for the summer fun.
- Serve on the Maintenance crew. Help keep the well-oiled machine that is Eagle Sky running.
- Serve as a Lifeguard. Safety is a top priority, and lifeguards are responsible for making the lake as fun and safe as possible.
Age
- Must be between 14–17 years old.
- Lifeguard starting at 16 years old.
- Applicants under 18 must have parent/guardian permission to participate.
Note
- Housing is not provided for Junior staff.
