Overview
Adventure Staff play a vital role in giving campers exciting and challenging experiences. With specialized training, you’ll help lead specialized environments such as the aerial ropes course, BB guns, hatchet throwing, and archery. These experiences push campers to grow in confidence, courage, and teamwork—all while having a blast at Eagle Sky.
Qualifications
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to serve others.
- Dependable, teachable, and willing to learn specialized safety and activity skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions.
- Responsible and safety-minded, with an encouraging and positive attitude.
- Flexible and eager to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist in operating and overseeing the aerial ropes course, BB guns, hatchets, and archery.
- Help train and guide campers as they try new activities, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
- Encourage campers spiritually and emotionally as they face challenges.
- Participate fully in camp life, including chapel, group activities, and team service.
- Support staff in other areas when needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
