Staffing Needs

Eagle Sky of the Ozarks plans to have facilities available for Camps and Conferences in 2012. Currently skilled tradesman are the Camps greatest need, especially carpenters and electricians. Soon, camp programming staff will become a need too. Stay tuned to the website for updates on staffing requirements.

It is our heart to wait on the Lord to raise up the right leaders and support staff for Eagle Sky. Looking for Skilled Labor

We are looking to fill the following full-time positions at Eagle Sky of the Ozarks:

  • Landscaper
    Must have an eye for detail and working knowledge of horticulture, sprinkler systems, nursery/greenhouse keeping, general grounds keeping and maintenance of all grounds equipment.  Must be able to motivate and supervise a crew of summer staff and volunteers with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Carpenter
    Working knowledge and experience of framing, roofing, and interior finish work in residential and commercial construction is required.   Must be able to motivate and supervise a crew with a positive attitude.  Log Construction experience a plus.
  • Electrician
    Must be licensed. Must have experience in new construction, residential and commercial work.  Must be able to motivate and supervise a crew with a positive “can do” attitude.
