Cabin plans finalized!
At last, plans for the first set of cabins in Eagle Sky of the Ozarks are ready to go! These cabins will host the first groups of campers and rental groups for the greater Eagle Sky Foundation. Each of the four cabins is designed as a triplex with 3 sets of bunk rooms with 30 beds each. The bunk rooms are joined by a large common area on the top floor, and individual stairways to the bottom floor. The bottom floor houses a kitchen, meeting room, activity/dining room and two separate wings of bathrooms.
We are starting with some of the nicer cabins for youth that Eagle Sky of the Ozarks will have throughout the stages of development; they will be comforably large, with beautiful log bunks and roomy lounge areas. Adults and youth would both be quite comfortable at these cabins. At later stages of development there will be different types of camps at Eagle Sky of the Ozarks with teepees, yurts, and smaller cabins that you might normally see at youth camps around the country, because sometimes roughing it a bit is more fun.
